Transforming Social Engagement: The TikTok Success of The Luxury Watch Company
After reaching out to The Luxury Watch Company, I engaged in a conversation with the founder to understand the challenges his business was facing. During our discussion, I proposed utilising TikTok as an organic marketing funnel, recognising the potential to transform his brand's digital presence and engagement. This hence led me me to lead the launch of The Luxury Watch Company on TikTok.
This project involved devising the account's creative strategy, overseeing content creation, and establishing an effective posting schedule. Additionally, I was responsible for video editing, analytics monitoring (providing monthly performance reports), and community management.
Considering the geographical distance, with the company based in Leeds and myself in London, I facilitated the onboarding of a local videographer to handle filming, while I took charge of editing. This collaboration has successfully grown their TikTok presence to 22,000 followers. Recently, I further streamlined the process by delegating the editing tasks to a skilled editor in the Philippines, allowing me to focus on creative strategy and community engagement, enhancing the brand's digital footprint effectively.

This approach not only offers immense value to the audience but also cultivates trust in his company, reassuring customers that they are making purchases from a reliable source.

To enhance audience engagement, we prioritised direct interaction by responding to viewer queries in the comments. This strategy strengthened the connection between the brand and its audience, fostering a more inclusive and interactive community around the content, thereby significantly boosting overall engagement.
